Terms of Service

• Liability rests with purchaser and purchaser shall use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.

• Purchaser is put on notice that use of some products may constitute an infringement of the rules of sporting organizations that the purchaser belongs to or is affiliated with.

• Company takes no responsibility for confirming or complying with the importation, posession, or use requirements and regulations in the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped at the full risk to purchaser and purchaser agrees to withhold and indemnify us from any legal proceedings resulting from the purchaser having not acted in accordance with the regulations and laws of the destination country. Purchaser agrees to comply with all laws and regulations of purchaser's country.

• Anabol is sold as a dietary supplement and not as a product intended to prevent, diagnose, mitigate, treat, or cure disease. Please note that under the laws of your country you may be required to have an existing prescription and/or consultation from a qualified medical doctor before being permitted to purchase or use the product supplied. If this is a requirement of your country you must provide us satisfactory evidence of this before we satisfy your order.

• Customers must be aged 21 years or older.

• In the event that an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss and liability rests completely with purchaser and no replacement product will be issued.

• Company takes no responsibility for undelivered orders as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by purchaser.

• In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by the Company, replacement products will be reshipped free of charge provided proof of improper packaging is provided.

• Company does not operate in, conduct business in, ship into, and hereby expressly disclaims having any business presence, in Australia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Thailand or any country where an offer to supply such goods, arranging for the supply of such goods, or supplying such goods may be contrary to the laws or regulations of such country.
